PARTNER PRENATAL YOGA

Practicing yoga together is a powerful tool for deeper connection. Yoga poses  are enhanced by having your partners body provide resistance and support.
 
This is a time of giving and receiving, inhaling and exhaling that will help focus the mind and balance the emotions- a great way to prepare for birth and parenting.

A LABOR OF LOVE WORKSHOP

Did you take a birthing class, but still have questions?

Do you feel you need more pain coping ideas?

Would like more labor practice?

This workshop includes massage, yoga, and mindfulness tools for birth.

This is NOT a childbirth preparation class, but it is a very nice addition to one.




PREPARING for POSTPARTUM

Make the time after baby's arrival a relaxed and sacred transition.

This workshop for moms-to-be and their partners covers healing from birth, organizing support, baby-wearing and more.

Includes healing herbal formulas and nutritious recipes.
MOM & BABY YOGA  PLAYTIME



Yoga for a calm mommy; Pilates for a strong mommy.
  Nursery rhymes, songs & baby games just for fun and giggles. Get some exercise, bond with your baby and meet other mommies.
